Format authors safely, preserve protected multi-word names, and abbreviate journals using a database with 400+ NLM-matched title mappings.
Word Counter
Count manuscript or abstract words directly from TeX, copy the result, and clear the loaded file when you are ready for the next check.
Submission Packager
Run checks for references, labels, citations, figures, and bibliography state before exporting a clean submission package. Version 5.6 also handles ZIP export more reliably and packages TeX-based figures such as TikZ or PGF source files.

Version 5.6 focuses on submission packaging reliability for real-world LaTeX projects, including ZIP exports and figures generated from external .tex sources.

Submission Packager now builds ZIP archives in a temporary workspace before saving them to your chosen destination, improving reliability in the macOS sandbox.

Figures inserted with commands like \input{Figures/example.tex} are now detected
inside figure environments and treated as first-class figure assets.
// CLEAN FIGURE ORDERING
TeX-based figures are renamed in the same manuscript order as image figures, producing clean names such as Fig1.png, Fig2.tex, and Fig3.pdf.

The exported manuscript now points to the renamed packaged files, including TeX figure sources used by TikZ, PGF, or custom LaTeX drawing workflows.
