For bug reports or citation metadata issues, include the macOS version, BibKit version, PDF title, DOI/arXiv/HAL identifier if available, and the BibTeX output you expected.

For subscription questions, purchases and cancellations are managed through your Apple Account. You can restore purchases from the BibKit subscription screen.
